SALLISAW, Okla. (KNWA/KFTA) — Stacy Lee Drake, the man accused of killing three people in Oklahoma in 2024, is not expected to face a jury for at least another year, according to court documents.
Drake, 51, is facing three counts of first-degree murder, three counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, one count of possession of a stolen vehicle and one count of pattern of criminal offenses. He has pleaded not guilty to those charges.
He is accused of killing Phillip Emerson in El Reno and Tara Underwood and Taylor Sharp in Gans. Drake is also accused of murdering one person in Alabama.
