Oklahoma patients caught in the middle of INTEGRIS, UnitedHealthcare contract dispute

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – There’s uncertainty for thousands of Oklahomans caught in the middle of a contract dispute between INTEGRIS Health and UnitedHealthcare.

Both parties are working toward an agreement, but INTEGRIS Health sent an email to patients warning them that if a deal isn’t reached by February 7, 2027, UnitedHealthcare patients would be considered “out-of-network.”

“If we are unable to come to a fair and reasonable agreement, INTEGRIS Health hospitals, ancillary services, our employed physicians, and INTEGRIS Health joint venture partners, including McBride Orthopedic Hospital, Touchstone Radiology, Healthcare Partners, Oklahoma Center for Orthopaedic Multi-Specialty Surgery (OCOM) and INTEGRIS Health Community Hospitals, will be out-of-network after February 7, 2026.” INTEGRIS Health said in the email…
