When she was hired to work for the Autism Foundation of Oklahoma seven years ago, Emily Scott was its only employee.
Since then, Scott said the foundation has seen exponential growth. As the executive director, she leads a staff of ten, and in late December, the foundation established an official endowment fund at the Oklahoma City Community Foundation.
