Luther residents rally against a proposed data center

One thing is clear following a Monday meeting in Luther….many of the residents have serious and heart-felt opposition to a proposed data center we first reported about last year.

As News 9 TV reported, residents gathered to coordinate their opposition to the proposed data center that would cover about 400 acres between North Triple X Road and North Luther Road. Residents say they are worried that the projects will use excess water and that chemicals from the project could pollute water sources in the area. They are also concerned about who will be responsible for funding the bill, reported News 9.
