OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — The State of Oklahoma has refiled charges against a man who is accused of shooting and killing an Oklahoma County deputy in 2022.
Benjamin Plank was accused of ambushing and fatally shooting Oklahoma County deputy Bobby Swartz in 2022, who was serving an eviction notice at a home in southwest Oklahoma City.
He was charged with first-degree murder, three counts of shooting with intent to kill, and using a vehicle to facilitate the intentional discharge of a firearm.
