COSWA works to spread awareness and educate people across the state about preventing pollution in water, according to its website. The group is made up of 15 Oklahoma municipalities, plus Tinker Air Force Base, the University of Oklahoma and several state and county agencies.
One of those municipalities is Oklahoma City, where Jordan Peebles works as the Environmental Unit Supervisor for watershed management and outreach.
