OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (KOKH) — The Oklahoma District Attorney’s Office is seeking the death penalty against 24-year-old Anthony Gonzalez for the murder of 18-year-old Jaedynn Anthony at a 7-Eleven in 2024.
According to court records on Oct. 18, 2024, Jaeydnn was working at a 7-Eleven at Wilshire and Council when Gonzalez walked into the store. Video footage showed Gonzalez appearing to make a purchase while Jaedynn opened the cash register and handed Gonzalez money from the drawer. Anthony then stabbed Jaedynn before leaving the store.
Police responded to the scene at 2:45 a.m. and found Jaedynn dead. Gonzalez left the store with less than $40…
