The judge revoked parts of a 30-year suspended sentence that had been imposed after Myers pleaded guilty to counts tied to the April 1, 2023 shootout and ordered him into custody, according to News 9. Prosecutors told the court they had documented multiple breaches of Myers’s probation and urged the judge to accelerate the suspended time so Myers would serve the custodial portion. The court agreed, cutting short what had been a second chance on the outside.

On April 1, 2023, an altercation inside the Whiskey Barrel Saloon turned into a barrage of gunfire that left three people dead and three more wounded. The city’s homicide release lists the bar’s location at 4120 Newcastle Road and names two of the victims, in a case tied to rival motorcycle clubs that led to more than a dozen arrests, according to City of Oklahoma.
Court records and prosecutors told the judge that Myers admitted to violating his probation multiple times.
