Oklahoma Woman Charged After Tattoo Artist Shot and Killed During Haircut Exchange

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma — A 21-year-old woman has been charged with first-degree murder after authorities say a 19-year-old tattoo artist was fatally shot while getting a haircut inside her apartment last month.

Court records show Anisha Danielle Washington was arrested in connection with the death of Emmitt Gresham. She is currently being held at the Oklahoma County Detention Center.

Police allege the victim was lured to the apartment under the guise of a haircut in exchange for a tattoo.
