OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Oklahoma City Police are investigating after a 14-year-old turned up pregnant with twins, allegedly being used as a surrogate.
Court documents say the victim in this case has not revealed how she became pregnant, but police and child protective services talked with her mother, and that interview revealed some disturbing details.
