OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – A third arrest has been made in a deadly apartment shooting after a man was shot while getting a haircut.
The shooting happened in January near Northeast 6th Street and Stonewall Avenue. The victim, 19-year-old Emmitt Gresham Jr., was shot and killed while getting his hair done.
