OKC tenants seek relief from property neglect after seeing another city step in

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Tenants at the Muntage apartments, a property managed by Vesta Realty, are looking to Oklahoma City officials to step in after the Stillwater City Council declared a different Vesta property a public nuisance.

More allegations from tenants and an employee emerge against Vesta Realty

“The city should have been stepped in. This is a hellhole, girl. It’s a hellhole, and don’t nobody wants to live like this,” said Tenisha Williams, a tenant at the Muntage.

Williams says since she’s been living at the Muntage, her apartment has been flooding and leaving the living room carpet soaked, along with other issues.

“We’ve been without heat for about five or six months. We have leaks in the ceiling,” Williams added…
