OKLAHOMA CITY – Tinker Air Force Base has suspended its Trusted Traveler program, immediately changing how visitors without base credentials enter the Oklahoma installation.
The 72nd Air Base Wing announced Friday the program was suspended at the discretion of the installation commander. Anyone without authorized base access must now obtain a valid visitor pass and secure a sponsor before entering the base.
The change affects civilians, contractors, family members and event attendees who previously relied on the Trusted Traveler program for streamlined access.
