OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — Venezuelan nationals have been charged with a “jackpotting” scheme to steal money from Oklahoma bank ATMs.
U.S. Attorney Robert J. Troester announced, a federal Grand Jury charged Ender Enrique Munoz Perez, 30, and Angel Raphael Medina-Taguaripano, 24, with conspiracy to commit bank theft and two counts of bank theft, on March 3, 2026.
According to court records, Perez, Medina-Taguaripano, and other coconspirators traveled to multiple Arvest Bank ATM locations in Chickasha, Moore, and Norman, Oklahoma between January 19 and 20, this year.
