OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Oklahoma City Police confirm that a man had been shot in the arm around 11 p.m. on Saturday evening.
The victim was then transported to a nearby hospital and said to be in stable condition.
This was occured near NW 23rd and Portland.
The victim says he did not see who shot him and the police are unable to identify a suspect at this time…
