INTEGRIS Health and United Healthcare reach agreement

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A deal was reached between INTEGRIS Health and UnitedHealthcare on Monday night after thousands of Oklahomans were at risk of potentially losing care.

The deadline for the 30-day extension to avoid disrupting patient care between the two parties was set to come to an end on Monday; however, at around 9:30 p.m., INTEGRIS announced that an agreement had been made, meaning that in-network access will continue.

UnitedHealthcare previously claimed that INTEGRIS Health was demanding more than a 20% price hike, which would make it the most expensive health system in Oklahoma City…
