OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA (KOKH) — On March 12, Oklahoma City police officers responded to a report of an individual who was attempting to drive across a pedestrian bridge.
According to OKCPD, officers approached the vehicle, which was stopped in the middle of the bridge.
