Oklahoma City woman sentenced to prison in fatal Logan County crash

An Oklahoma City woman has been sentenced in connection with a 2022 fatal crash in Logan County that claimed the life of a 73-year-old woman.

Logan County District Judge Phillip Reese found Tyler Lyn Haley guilty following her previous plea and sentenced her to 20 years with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, with the final 16 years suspended.

Haley will serve time in custody before being placed on two years of home confinement upon release, during which she will be required to wear an ankle monitor. She will then be under Department of Corrections supervision for an additional two years.

The court also ordered Haley to pay a $480 fine along with court costs, including incarceration fees. She will have 180 days following her home confinement to address those payments. Haley was advised of her right to appeal…
