CARSON COUNTY, Texas (KVII) — A driver was arrested after DPS found ecstasy and bundles of cash during a traffic stop in Carson County.
Matthew Gililland, 45, of Oklahoma City, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, money laundering, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
