EDMOND, Okla. (KFOR) — An Edmond teen is battling a rare medical condition after a trip to the beach last summer. Now, he has to travel out of state for treatment, as Oklahoma doesn’t have access to the help he needs.
“A simple vacation has turned into a complete nightmare,” said Tabatha Hayes, Jackson Hayes’ mom.
