OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — After an active week last week, we’ll be starting off this upcoming week with nice, quiet conditions. Expect sunny skies and temperatures around average in the upper 60s and low 70s!
By later in the week, our chances for rain and storms will begin to increase. We could see some nice beneficial rainfall when added up, but there will be many locations that miss out on rain for each, individual day.
Severe weather is likely. However, the overall setup doesn’t shout out a massive severe weather outbreak. Rather, our chances will be based on more localized features like nearby drylines and leftover boundaries. Look for many low-end chances for severe storms by the end of this week into the following week…
