OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – The Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) says its officers served an eviction notice at a public housing complex and found several animals starving and left in horrible conditions.

OCSO says that once officers arrived at Will Rogers Court Public Housing, several dogs were found in filthy conditions with no water.
