Bill limiting use of nitrous oxide heads to governors desk

OKLAHOMA CITY (KSWO) – A bill aimed at cracking down on the use of nitrous oxide is heading to the governor’s desk.

With unanimous support, the Senate approved House Bill 1933, or the “Maddix Bias” Act.
