EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14) — Downtown El Paso was filled with music, food and community spirit as the Selena and Salsa Market returned for its second year in Union Plaza.
The Downtown Management District invited the public to attend the free, family-friendly event Saturday, May 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
