EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 28-year-old man was killed early Saturday morning, June 13 when he rear-ended a parked semitruck and trailer in East El Paso, El Paso Police said.
About about 12:30 a.m. Saturday, the El Paso Police Department’s Special Traffic Investigation Unit responded to the 1300 block of Don Haskins.
