EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Femme Frontera celebrates the organization’s 10th anniversary with their annual film festival.
The event takes place at the Mexican American Culture Center and was intended to amplify the voices of those who often go unheard, according to Femme Frontera Co-Director Jackie Barragan.
