4 Juarez kidnappers sentenced to 845 years in prison

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Chihuahua Attorney General’s Office secured a historical sentence of 845 years in prison for four kidnappers who allegedly physically and mentally tortured 13 victims in Ciudad Juarez.

The Public Ministry of the Missing and/or Unlocated Persons Unit named the four accused kidnappers: Jesus Tomas C.S., 24; Oswaldo PM, 22; Lilia Estefani CP, 22; and Diana Michell SV, 22.

The District Attorney’s Office of the Northern Zone got the sentencing for the four kidnappers to 845 years and 10 months each for the crimes of kidnapping committed against 13 people and crimes against health.

The investigation revealed that the four accused individuals, in company of two teenagers and several unidentified persons, held 13 victims — including two minors — in a house at the intersection of Crisolito and Travertine streets since June 1, 2024…
