EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso Electric’s outage map shows 84 outages across the map, stretching from Van Horn up to Las Cruces, affecting an estimated 11,136 customers.
According to an El Paso Electric spokesperson, the outage was caused by lightning and severe weather in the area.
