EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) — At Raynor, a busy intersection in central El Paso, this pole has been broken for months.
“The thing is, that the post, as you see it being held with just those cables, the pole is practically just hanging in the air,” says Carlos Muñuz. He’s the owner of Pipo Barber Academy, just down the street.
