EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons Unit is asking for your help in finding a missing 13-year-old boy.
Jacob Garcia, 13, was last seen at about 1 a.m. on Thursday, July 9. He has a medical condition that requires regular medication, police said.
