EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 21-year-old man has been arrested and is facing charges in a crash that killed two people riding on a motorcycle on Sunday evening, July 12 in El Paso’s Lower Valley.
David McCall, 21, has been arrested and is facing two charges of collision involving death, El Paso Police said.
2 killed in crash involving motorcycle on Loop 375
McCall fled the scene on foot after the car he was driving struck a motorcycle and killed the two people riding it, police said. The victims were identified as Alfredo De La Torre, 44, and Miriam De La Torre, 42.
The crash happened at 6:15 p.m. on Sunday along Loop 375 West (Border Highway) near Yarbrough.
