EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Social media giant Meta expressed reluctance to the idea of a Community Benefit Agreement (CBA) with El Paso before a vote by the City Council.
At the end of June, the council voted unanimously on the idea with Mayor Pro Tempore Alejandra Chavez, saying, “You miss 100 percent of the chances you don’t take.”
