EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A 25-year-old woman of Horizon City was arrested after police responded to a disturbance and found she had outstanding warrants for family violence, authorities said.
Police officers with the Horizon City Police Department were called to a home in the 14000 block of Paraiso Drive around 5:16 p.m. on July 9.
During the investigation, police learned that Jazmin Dominguez Rodriguez had allegedly become confrontational with two investigators from a state agency who were at the home “in the course of their official duties.” The news release did not disclose what official business occurred.
Police said one investigator reported that Dominguez Rodriguez forcibly took a notepad from them and threw it, striking the second investigator in the back of the head. The victim requested criminal charges be filed…
