EL PASO, Texas (Border Report) — A joint operation by Chihuahua state and Juárez authorities dismantled an armed criminal cell allegedly tied to at least 29 violent crimes, including 24 homicides, officials said Monday.
Seven suspects were arrested, including one wanted on an outstanding aggravated kidnapping warrant, according to the Chihuahua Secretariat of Public Security.
