SOCORRO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A Socorro police officer working an off-duty assignment helped a 1-year-old child who was found unattended inside a running vehicle outside a Walmart Supercenter last week, according to the Socorro Police Department.
Police said the incident happened around 4:05 p.m. last Thursday at the Walmart Supercenter in the 13900 block of Horizon Boulevard.
