EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Two men were arrested after allegedly illegally dumping over 400 cubic feet of trash in far East El Paso, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
Jose Alarcon, 18, and Aldo Chairez Rodriguez, 25, were charged with illegal dumping of more than 1,000 pounds or greater than 200 cubic feet. The pair were both booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility, each with a $3,000 bond.
According to jail records, both posted bond and were released on Saturday, Aug. 1.
