EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Lightning struck a couple of palm trees and caused a blaze Friday night, Aug. 7 in El Paso’s Upper Valley.
The fire happened around 10 p.m. near the intersection of Montoya Road and Oleaster Drive.
