HORIZON CITY, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — A man accused of leading Horizon City police on a motorcycle chase in July is now facing additional charges stemming from a separate theft investigation.
The Horizon City Police Department said Jason Anthony Escobar, 30, was charged with theft of property valued between $750 and $2,500 and criminal mischief in connection with an alleged June 28 incident.
