“That Little Ol’ Band From Texas” will always be legendary; not only in the Lone Star State but in the music world. Sadly we’ve lost two legends from ZZ Top; Dusty Hill on July 28, 2021 & now Frank Beard on August 18, 2026.
We will never forget all the times they’ve played in El Paso but we’ll also never forget the times ZZ Top gave the 915 some love in their songs too.

If you listen to track #10 on their album, Tejas, called “She’s a Heartbreaker“. The song talks about a tough as nails woman who travels all over the state of Texas, before eventually ending up in El Paso.
