EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 34-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly striking an unattended vehicle and failing to report it, Horizon Police said.
Jose Marcos Jasso Jr., 34, was also found to have several oustanding traffic warrants, Horizon Police said.
