EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The family of 36-year-old April Marie Flores is remembering her as a loving mother, daughter and older sister after she was killed in a stabbing at a Northeast El Paso apartment complex earlier this week.

Flores was a mother of eight whom her family says loved spending time with her children and family.
“She was always laughing. She was always joking. She loved to talk,” her sister, Ashley, told KTSM 9 News. “She could sit and talk to you for hours upon hours and always have something to say.”
