EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Two juveniles were arrested after allegedly fleeing from Horizon City police on electric bicycles during separate pursuits that began with a reported attempted residential burglary, according to the Horizon City Police Department.
It happened Sunday, Aug. 30, 2026, when Horizon City officers responded to the 300 block of Duanesburg Street around 8:30 p.m. after a resident reported a burglary of a habitation.
The resident told officers they heard a loud noise at the front door and later reviewed surveillance footage. The video reportedly showed three masked individuals attempting to enter the home before fleeing the area on electric bicycles…
