EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — The El Paso Independent School District celebrated the opening of a new family resource hub that aims to connect families with basic needs and support services across the district’s Franklin Feeder Pattern.
On Thursday, district leaders, staff, and community members celebrated the opening of the Franklin Feeder Pattern Family Resource Center, also known as the Cougar Care Center, which will serve families throughout the Franklin Feeder Pattern.
