EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 66-year-old wanted man was arrested on five active warrants for animal cruelty in Northeast El Paso, according to the El Paso County Constable’s Office for Precinct Three.
Patrick Stewart was charged with five counts of cruelty to non-livestock animals (dogs). He was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility with a combined bond of $7,000.
According to the Constable’s Office, the warrants stemmed from El Paso Police Department reports dating back to November 2025.
