SIERRA COUNTY, N.M. (KFOX14/CBS4) — What began as a response to a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 25 in Sierra County escalated into an alleged fight in the back of an ambulance involving an El Paso man and first responders.
New Mexico State Police said 29-year-old Daniel Delgado of El Paso is facing multiple charges, including DWI, battery on a health care worker and resisting arrest, after investigators said he crashed a vehicle and then began fighting with medical personnel as they tried to help him.
