More rain is making its way to the Borderland, increasing the risk for flash flooding.
Parts of southern New Mexico are under a flood through 6 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 17 as another round of moderate to heavy rain could cause flooding along rivers, creeks and streams, as well as in other low-lying and flood-prone areas.
