EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A 56-year-old man was arrested Sunday, September 13, after Horizon City police investigated a report of unwanted sexual contact at a business in the area.
Police reported that an officer responded around 2:08 p.m. Sept. 13 to the 16000 block of Ashford Street following a reported assault.
