EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Deputies with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman in connection with a hit-and-run that killed a 37-year-old woman in Far East El Paso in February.
According to court records, Harmony Adynasty McNair was indicted on one count of “collision involving death” on July 22, as she is being accused of running over Erica Suann Garcia on the 2300 block of Tim Foster Street, near Pebble Hills High School, on February 8 and leaving the scene without helping Garcia or waiting for authorities.
McNair was reportedly driving a 2025 Kia K4 when she allegedly hit Garcia, who investigators said, was crossing Tim Foster Street outside of the crosswalk or controlled intersection…
