EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A man was arrested after allegedly choking and threatening to kill his pregnant wife, according to the Socorro Police Department.
Just before 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 18, officers responded to a reported familly violence incident in progress at the Nevarez Palms Apartments, located at 120 North Nevarez Road.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with a female victim that exited the building through a bedroom window, claiming her spouse, 35-year-old Rogelio Enriquez Jr., had choked and pushed her, causing her pain and contractions.
