EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A woman wanted on charges including collision involving death and driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 has been located in Mexico and returned to El Paso, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
The Sheriff’s Office said 29-year-old Melanie Christine Cuellar was located in Mexico through an investigation involving the Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Apprehension Unit, U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, Maverick County Sheriff’s Office and El Paso District Attorney’s Office.
